Mr. Rahul Kumar

President

After completing Mechanical Engineering from NIT, Allahabad in 2005, Rahul started his career with DRDO (Defence Research and Development Organization) as a Scientist.

He worked in the area of structural design, dynamic analysis and design of opening mechanism of control surfaces systems at DRDL, Hyderabad. After a 3 years stint with DRDO, he joined IIM, Bangalore and completed his PGDBM(MBA) in 2010, his areas of interest at IIMB included Operations and strategy.

He has worked with Bosch and Schaeffler India in the field of strategy development and implementation, organization design and managed different organization excellence projects.

From strategy he moved to logistics function at Schaeffler India, where he was responsible for Network Design and Transportation. While working in logistics he has worked on different initiatives, which focused on usage of digital platforms for data collection, analysis and extending the organization reach to the end customer.

In his next stint at Garware Wall Ropes Ltd., he was responsible for corporate strategy and he worked closely with one of the big four consultancy firm for strategy development.
